05/18/2012– West Virginia Author Gives Back

2012 sci-fi author Lawrence Johnson (Larry J.) has been a member of Kiva since July 2010. During that time he has contributed to 35 loans via the Kiva origination to groups and individual entrepreneurs in needy countries.
More recently Mr. Johnson has donated a dozen copies of his Escape 2 Earth 2012 novel to the Work Release Center in Charleston WV.

During a recent interview Mr. Johnson announced that he and his daughter Lauren Johnson are working on donating more books to a local high school sometime in December of this year.

"People show their support for us every time they purchase a book. Why not give a little back. Book sales of Escape 2 Earth have picked up. As we get closer to December 2012 I expect sales of Escape 2 Earth 2012 to be even better."

In addition to donating to the school Larry J. and Lauren are poised to announce yet another book event fund raiser. The announcement will be made December 16th on "The G-ZONE” Blogtalk Radio Show.
