The Gluten Free Consumer is a monthly magazine produced for those living a gluten free lifestyle or has gluten intolerance. The idea of the magazine came one day while Rodney and Chaton Fife were shopping. Chaton had previously been diagnosed with Celiac Disease.
Wanting to try new foods, but scared to pay such a high price just to try a new product, made Chaton leery of purchasing new products. Looking for resources to help her with product reviews, she couldn’t find one. After much time and frustration, she decided to create The Gluten Free Consumer, a review magazine to help others living a gluten free diet. Helping others create a wholesome relationship with the food they eat.
